Income test
$200k+ individual or $300k+ joint income for the past two years, with reasonable expectation of the same this year.
Net worth test
$1M+ net worth, individually or with a spouse, excluding the value of your primary residence.
Professional certification
Holders of Series 7, 65, or 82 licences in good standing also qualify.
Entity status
Certain entities (banks, RIAs, family offices, $5M+ asset entities) qualify as accredited.
